In the League, Ottery St Mary won by 3 goals to 0 over visitors Fremington at Washbrook Meadow but Topsham Town had to settle for a 0-0 draw at the University.
Finally in the Devon and Exeter Leagues Colyton FC beat Dawlish Utd 3-0 at the Peace Memorial Ground in the Premier Division while in Division One Upottery had a comfortable 5-0 home victory over Chard Town Second Eleven at Glebe Park, Lympstone Utd were well beaten 5-1 by Winkleigh at the Marine Camp and East Budleigh lost to Newtown Reserves 3-1 at the Recreation Ground.
In the 2nd Division Exmouth Spartans had the better of a ten goal thriller a Barley Park over home side Tedburn St Mary at Barley Park winning 7-3 while in Division 7 Exmouth Rovers overcame Westexe Park Rangers Reserves by 2 goals to 0 at the Commons and Otterton easly beat Newton St Cyres Seconds 7-0 at Stantyway.
