New green space at Broadclyst consultation

The new green space is an important milestone in the creation of the Clyst Valley Regional Park. The consultation ends on 20th March 2023 at 4pm, draft proposals include habitat creation, a multi-use trail, network of circular paths and a small car park.

People are being invited to share their views on 25 acres of land acquired by East Devon District Council for a new nature-rich, accessible green space.

The new green space is an important milestone in the creation of the Clyst Valley Regional Park. A public consultation began on 7th February* for six weeks until 20th March 2023 at 4pm, on draft proposals for habitat creation, a multi-use trail, network of circular paths and a small car park.

A drop-in event was held at Broadclyst Victory Hall on Thursday 16th February. Thanks to everyone who came along to find out more about the proposals and have your say. A presentation followed by questions was held at 4pm and again at 6pm.
