Exmouth Town Band kick - start the start of the festive season with their popular Christmas Concert at Holy Trinity Church on Saturday 3rd December, starting at 6.30pm.

Exmouth Town Band kick -start the start of the festive season with their popular Christmas Concert. Rehearsals are currently underway and an exciting programme of festive tunes and traditional carols is currently being perfected. 

This year’s concert will take place at Holy Trinity Church on Saturday 3rd December, starting at 6.30pm. Tickets are priced at £6.50 and are available from Eventbrite, or on the door (under 12’s are free).

The proceeds of the retiring collection will support Seachange, the Band’s chosen charity for 2022.

  At 7.30pm on Wednesday, H.M. Coastguard tasked the volunteer crews of of both Exmouth RNLI all weather lifeboat 13-03 R & J Welburn and their relief inshore lifeboat D-792 Marie Theresa Bertha Barrass, to assist a 28ft yacht with engine failure.

• New service to support voluntary and community organisations in East Devon

  It will encourage joint approaches to tackling important local issues which it is anticipated will include topics such as health and social care, social isolation and loneliness, fund raising, community resilience, transport, inequalities and climate change.

• Exmouth RNLI assist with broken down vessel

  At 6.39pm last evening Monday 5th June 2023, H.M. Coastguard tasked the volunteer crew of Exmouth RNLI all weather lifeboat 13-03 R & J Welburn to assist Sidmouth Independent Lifeboat with a yacht in difficulty off Sidmouth.

• Flooding drop-in session to be held at Tipton St John

  A final drop-in session for communities in East Devon impacted by last month’s flash floods will be held at Tipton St John Community Hall on Wednesday 2-5pm.

• Attempted Robbery at the Co-Op Littleham, Exmouth

  A man in his 40's was arrested & released on bail following the attempted robbery & being in possession of a knife. Police say a man entered the Co-Op just before 9.20pm on Sunday claiming to be in possession of a weapon & demanded money from the till.
