Appeal following a motorcyclist being seriously injured in East Devon

Police are appealing for witnesses following a crash on the A3052 on Monday 20th June around 4pm. Which left a motorcyclist seriously injured.

One motorcyclist remains in Derriford Hospital following the crash which closed the road for 8 hours yesterday afternoon and evening. 

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "The collision was reported to have taken place just before 4pm on Monday, June 20. Police are appealing for witnesses and would like to hear from anyone who was in the area during the time of the incident, and from anyone who may have dashcam footage that could assist."

The accident happened near Rousdon

  A final drop-in session for communities in East Devon impacted by last month’s flash floods will be held at Tipton St John Community Hall on Wednesday 2-5pm.

• Attempted Robbery at the Co-Op Littleham, Exmouth

  A man in his 40's was arrested & released on bail following the attempted robbery & being in possession of a knife. Police say a man entered the Co-Op just before 9.20pm on Sunday claiming to be in possession of a weapon & demanded money from the till.
