Exmouth Beach Wheelchair Service is a new service being provided by Exmouth Town Council from a purpose-built unit on Queens Drive, Exmouth, near the Lifeboat Station. This service is free of charge although donations are greatly welcomed.

Exmouth Beach Wheelchair Service is a new service being provided by Exmouth Town Council from a purpose-built unit on Queens Drive, Exmouth, near the Lifeboat Station. This service is free of charge although donations are greatly welcomed. 

After the long anticipated wait, we are now taking bookings from Monday 25th July, for the week commencing 1st August and looking to provide a wheelchair rental service, initially from Monday to Friday every week and between the hours of 10am and 4pm.  

Bookings can be made online only through our booking service on the https://exmouth.gov.uk/beach-wheelchairs/

After a 20-minute three-mile ascent, the plane doors will open and, one by one, each of the jumpers will face a minute’s freefall before their parachutes open and they float back to solid ground.

• Special Exmouth Lifeboat Station engagement evenings throughout August

  The volunteers of Exmouth RNLI Lifeboat Station will be inviting visitors to see their station, lifeboats and lifeguards close up and in action every Wednesday evening during August in events designed to be of interest to every age group.

• Exmouth town and seafront regeneration consultation

  The questions in the consultation have been formed from the responses of members who have identified the themes and characteristics they feel are appropriate for Placemaking in Exmouth. Members of the Placemaking in Exmouth Town and Seafront Group agreed to consult with stakeholders, the public and visitors to hear their views and to identify and any gaps that exist.
